His background includes positions with the Virginia Department of Emergency Management, Newport News (VA) Emergency Management, Atlanta/Fulton County (GA) Emergency Management Agency, Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH), and Detroit Department of Health and Wellness Promotion Office of Emergency and Public Health Preparedness (OEPHP).
